Mossy Oak Properties of Texas new office

Jeff Oltjendiers, Division Manager and Designated Officer of the territory, has extensive experience in the land sales market. “Over half of our transactions are land sales.  Most of our business is from referrals and repeat customers. We've done small acreage on up to large ranches with running water and farming operations.”

Oltjendiers said he plans to add additional quality agents to the already experienced team. “We plan to drill down and become top of mind in our counties and hope to add several agents in the next two years. We help people buy and sell in the counties south of San Antonio / I-10 corridor-Gonzales, Wilson, Atascosa, Frio, Karnes and Live Oak counties. The oil field has brought many people to the Eagle Ford area and as people move out of the big cities-San Antonio and Austin, particularly-South Texas is their destination for peace, quiet and room to breathe.”

Waylon Grubbs, Owner and Broker of Record for Mossy Oak Properties of Texas, said “South Texas is an untapped resource of rural and recreational land opportunities that mirror the brand and our core values.  We are proud to partner with Jeff and Julie Oltjendiers in helping people Buy MORE, Sell MORE, and Experience MORE in rurual South Texas. Their track record is strong in helping their clients meet their goals, and we look forward to assisting them in their growth in the coming years.”
