A day after taking delivery of my new Bowtech Prodigy in Mossy Oak Country; I also picked up one of the new Gerber Span Archery Multi-tools.
Gerber is a Mossy Oak partner and has been making knives and tools for almost 70 years.
The Prodigy Bow, has a new Power Shift technology, which allows the archer to customize the bow from 3 different settings, by simply adjusting the PowerDisc. Even though you don't need a bow press, you'll still need a good tool.
The Span is one of the most innovative multi-tools that I've ever used. It's ergonomically well designed, with the perfect torque for getting all the jobs done associated with mounting sights, quiver, rest and tuning.
It includes 11 Bit sizes:
- 3/16 Slot
- #1 Phillips
- T10, 15, 25,30
- Hex in 1/16, 3/32, 9/64, 5/32, and ¼
It also offers:
- A blade sharpener with replaceable carbide insert.
- Broadhead wrench
- Box-end wrench in sizes 3/8, 5/16, ¼,
- Bottle opener
- Integrated hammer
- A ¼ inch bit driver
With all of the features and bullet proof design; I'm finding it to be the perfect tool for a BowHunter.
