Dove and Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag dry kidney beans
  • 32 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 6 oz. diced jalapenos
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt
  • 1/2 lb dove meat pieces
  • 1 lb. browned ground beef
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions:

Cook beans in large pan until fully cooked; add tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, salt, garlic, ground beef and dove. Simmer 10 minutes to heat thoroughly. Place broken tortilla chips in bowl and spoon beans over chips. Serves 8.
