The Mossy Oak Properties network, which began franchising operations in 2002 and now has over 100 real estate brokerage franchises in 27 states, completed in excess of 3,170 transactions for 2018 totaling over $715 million in sales volume. To compare, 2900 transactions for a total of $630 million were completed in 2017. Currently, there are more than 3200 active listings throughout the Mossy Oak Properties network approaching $3 billion in total list price value.
Web traffic growth for the Mossy Oak Properties corporate website mirrored transactional growth, as the total number of hits the corporate website received exceeded 352 million for 2018, up from 317 million the year prior. There are over 650 land specialists and support staff currently associated with Mossy Oak Properties, and several states are targeted for expansion in 2019.
