Mossy Oak Honors Those Who’ve Served on Memorial Day

We support veterans—that’s a fact we’ll always stand by. And we do our best to show our appreciation, whether it’s through hunts or involvement in the veteran hunting space.

This Memorial Day we’ve rounded up some of our best episodes of HONOR, a series dedicated to the hunts of men and women who have served our country.

The debut episode of HONOR features Operation: Iraqi Freedom war veteran, John Faulkenberry, as he hunts Colorado elk in an environment all-too-similar to the mountains he trekked in Afghanistan.

Next up is an unbelievable story that will absolutely touch your heart. Christian Brown lost both of his legs in service, yet he never gave up his spirit and hope. He now creates turkey calls for a living and stays in the woods. In “the roadmap back to myself—I did that through hunting.”

9/11 is a date and event that the country will never forget. Will Jimeno is an American hero—he was one of the first responders at the scene of the horrific tragedy. In this episode, he takes his daughter turkey hunting for the first time.

The last episode we’ll feature is a great one. Craig Morgan, best known for his country music singing, is a 17-year Army and Army Reserves Veteran. We explore how beekeeping helped him overcome the shock of losing his son and how Morgan Farms came to be.
