Tuna Ceviche Recipe

tuna cevicheIngredients:

  • 5 tomatoes 
  • 1 vidalia onion 
  • 1 purple onion 
  • cilantro
  • 6 limes 
  • 1-2 lbs. of fish 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Hot pepper to taste 

Directions: 

First chop up all of the tomatoes and onions. Then juice three of the limes in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Go catch a fish snapper, grouper, tuna - nearly any saltwater fish - and chop up a pound of it. Add the other three limes, cilantro, and hot pepper if wanted. Put it back in the cooler for an hour or two and then enjoy!
