Experienced group will service Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee
Tuscumbia, AL – Mossy Oak Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mossy Oak Properties-Southeast Land & Wildlife, LLC in Tuscumbia, Alabama has joined its growing network of land brokerage offices.
Mossy Oak Properties-Southeast Land & Wildlife, LLC is owned by Cameron Isbell, Elton Coley, and Nathan McCollum, who collectively represent more than 70 years of experience in the land brokerage and timber business. According to McCollum, the decision to partner with Mossy Oak Properties was a logical one. “We are excited to partner with a brand as trusted and recognized as the Mossy Oak brand. Their love for land and the wildlife parallels ours, which was why we decided to become a part of the Mossy Oak Properties family. Our team all owns large farms and knows the allure of having your own recreational property. We feel the combination of local expertise with a national brand will be a win-win for our clients.”
McCollum indicated the land market in tri-state area is healthy and growing. “Agricultural land prices are good in this area due to commodities. The hardwood saw timber market is experiencing all-time highs, and the pine timber market is improving, so we expect another run on timberland investment in this area. On the recreational side of things, the deer hunting in many areas we work heavily is as good as you will find in the country. So we feel that the area we work is a fertile one, and will fit perfectly with the focus of Mossy Oak Properties.”
Chris Hawley, Co-Founder and CEO/President of Mossy Oak Properties voiced his excitement by saying: “In the land brokerage business, there are no substitutes for having experience and expertise. The Mossy Oak Properties Southeast Land & Wildlife team is rock solid in both areas, and we are confident in their ability to be the preferred land brokerage in their area. We feel fortunate to have a group of their caliber in our network.”
