Don't get bent all out of shape on that one, its been tried before, and will be tried again.
Remember this, yea, there are a few deer that get bad shots and suffer. But lets let the heard grow out of control and let hundreds die a terible death of starvation. I think those folks who got that petion started need to spend more time saving the thousands of deer who are hurt and maimed from encounters with front bumpers that did not kill them.
