| What sort of spread does everyone like to use in the early part of the duck season. For me it is about 1 to 2 dozen decoys spread out into small groups. I Put 2 or 3 decoys infront of the blind with a mojo so it imitates birds that have just landed.

6 blacks, 18 mallards, 6 gw teal & 6 woodies. Placement depends on wind & water conditions.

| i put out about 5 dozen decoys about 2 dozen are coot decoys the rest mix with pin,shovler, teal,few mallard put 7or 8 coot decoy right in front of the blind.
