Sorry team...... I've been sick and haven't been able to get in the woods! I even left work early today because of it.... just too weak now to cope with the hype at work.

temps are chillin' now and i'm starting to get into the season. yesterday ,i scouted out a new area to hunt ,and it was logged last spring and the grass seed i threw down is now over a foot high and deer are runnin' all arround it.. even found a fresh scrape that had been signed by a couple does with theit hoof prints in the center.. kinda early for scrapes ain't it? oh well ,,time to put a cam or two arround to see what the area is holding for the team this year.. couple years back i crawled 200+ yards through the snow,ice and mud to get a shot at a big ole buck not 80 yds on a flat above the scrape ,,,yep--- the damn #11 primer on my muzzleloader would'nt go off.. snapped a few times and the buck did'nt even know i was there until i tried to change the primer and when i changed it and looked up '' poof '' he was gone.. hope the scrape was made by him.. he will be massive this year.. hopefully one for the team
