Surcharges? The State needs to stop "JACKIN" hunters.

I bought my lifetime lisc. about 10 years ago.

State adds soimething new every year........ I pay nothing extra........

In fact, the only additional thing I have to buy is my Federal Duck Stamp!

And since I quit hunting Mississippi, I now do not have to pay that $375.00 non res fee there.

It was worth the extra money I spent on leasing the land here in LA so now I can get back to utilizing my lifetime lisc!

Depending on what you hunt, the license here can pay for itself in 4 years. I think it is well worth the money, $75 a year or $300 lifetime. My son had a lifetime license at 9 months.
