It sounds like you are shooting the deer while the neighbors are trying to manage their property for trophy deer hunting.
The question is - how long is the seasons and do you have free use of the lodge or is that extra?
How many days per a year are you allowed to stay and what is the rent - fee's.
The cost to join might just be the tip of the iceberg.
What is the maintenance fee's?

Who is the photographer that put the trail cam behind the tree limb?
How do we know that your trail cam pictures were not taken inside of the compound of the neighbors property.
How will you retrieve deer if shot and it goes over on the neighbors property that does not allow hunting or the neighbor who is the pro football player - who would like to keep those trophy deer for himself and doesn't want you shooting his deer?
How many deer per a year are you allowed to shoot and if you shoot a trophy deer and it jumps over on the neighbors property - are you allowed to shoot another one or is your season done.
Or if you shoot a trophy deer and it gets away, are you allowed to shoot another deer or do you have a rule that says - one and you are done.
How about rules that says that you have to stay in your tree stand all day, regardless of if you got your deer or not. Not to disturb other hunters who are in their tree stands trying to get their deer after you shot yours.
I see lot's of deer that are shot in the middle of the day on tv programs like Buckmasters and they are not allowed to get out of their stands and get their deer until after the sun goes down.
My opinion is that this is all a bunch of bologna and I wouldn't like hunting someplace where the coyotes could get your deer before you do.
