Of course you would have known that already turkeyboy. But what can I say, I like the carbon express arrows. They are durable and fly pretty straight for me. But what size vains would ya shoot?? Blazers or 4 inch??

I use 2" Blazer Vanes due to its stability. I have nothing against 4" Vanes. I had to go through bad fletching tears on 4" Vanes, decided to have it stripped and replaced with 2". No more tears.

I've been using Goldtips with 4 2" Quickspins and slicktrick broadheads. Thinking about using Magnus broadheads next season. I'm also going to try the Aramids by carbon express. Should be pretty tough with kevlar.

Gold tips here too. The Diamond seems to really love em and I got 2 dozen with the bow when I bought it.

I have 3 different arrow sets: Easton ST Axis, Carbon Express Maxima Huner 350 and Gold Tip Pro Hunter 5575. I like Easton ST Axis because I like the compromise of giving up a few FPS on speed and get devastating penetration results. Of course, they're accurate.

NYT, the Carbon Express KV Armaid is one nice set of arrows. One drawback: almost 100 bucks for 1/2 dozen. I paid 130 bucks for a dozen on Carbon Express Maxima Hunter 350. They're as good as KV Armaid. They shoot like how you want them to be shot at: it's like having a gun in your hand and put bullets where they're at. Thought I would share that with you from experience, NYT.

I like the 4 inch but also love the 2 inch blazers. I can actually hold the same pattern with either one. The way I look at it is if I can stick a deer at 20 or 30 yards then thats all that matters that I can put meat on the table for the family.

Oh yea!! I shoot Easton Raiders for my practice arrows though. They shoot just as good as the carbon express for me. Blazin and NTY, how does the gold tip shoot. Found one at the 3D shoot last year and shoot it practicin. Dont notice much of a difference btween the carbon express and the easton.

The Gold tips I shoot are 5575 expedition hunter's with 4" vanes, one pin 0-30. I got some Easton axis st's 2" blazers from a friend of mine and I could'nt get consistent groups out to 30 with the one pin setup I shoot. The Eastons are a slimmer shaft than the Gold tips, dunno if that was the factor or a little heavier weight was, maybe it has sometin to do with the WB rest...Dunno. I stayed with the Gold tips for now as they pile in there.

Blazers usually don't shoot very well through a WB. That's one fast bow with one pin out to 30.
