All depends on how many arrows you shoot at the same spot! Took me over a year before I got one...then I tried to get one and got it...now I don't do it anymore...costs too damn much!

Congrats, its pretty cool either way!

Unless your my wife..............First time she ever picked up a bow she shot a robinhood on her 14th arrow.................she looked with a grin and said I thought that was supposed to be hard. All the guys on the range wanted to throw up.

I agree with nerdhick. I have done it twice and it does get a lil expensive! Arrows cost to fartin much to keep doin it.

i've done it to myself once. but its ALOT more fun to do it to one of your buddys on the 3d course. i've done it to the same guy, 3 times. he's starting to get PISSED. he got a bit of revenge, his brother blasted one of mine once

If there is only one arrow in the target it is pretty hard to do. Of course the more arrows there are the higher the odds you will hit one. The odds go up when you move farther back. I have 5 at 20 yards and stopped shooting the same spot. I have one on an arrow that had the tapered end now those are really hard to robinhood. Never done it at 30 or 40. Busted a few nocks but no robinhood.

LOL! First bow I ever bought was Parker Phoenix 34. I bought a dozen of Cabela's Stalker arrows. I ended up having 4 arrows robin hooded. 6 went in the trash within one month of work. My wife had to smack my head nonsenselessly. Guilty as charged. She complained and made her point clear: if I want to upgrade my arrows, quit robin-hooding the arrows I have. I quit trying to robin hood my arrows.
