My favorite way to fix dove is to marinate them in zesty italion salad dressing and then wrap them in bacon and put them on kabob sckewers with veggies and grill them. That will make a dove lover out of an anti-hunter!

Like the man above said............ on the grill!

Dove breast, wrapped with bacon............ and then put ANYTHING else you can think of on a skewer and slap it on the grill......... it is absolutely the only way to go!!! (in my book )

I have cut up breast into quarters and pan fry in butter with salt, pepper, and what ever other spices. Then pour in a can of cream of mushroom soup and a 1/2 can of milk and bring to boil. Stir constantly so milk doesn't burn. Pour over rice or noodles.
