well i went out today to check the new field, everything's popping the dirt,, i planted corn, sunflower, and some other seed that i forgot... check it out

i put out plenty of scarecrows/moth balls to keep the turkey and deer out.. the dove found it already and the scarecrows aren't phasing them, can't wait till it's ready and season is here..

more pics to come as it progresses

slinky pics + controlled burning pics deleted

Nice looking place ya got there! Dove scared of a scarecrow? When it comes to Doves and food, nothing scares them. Good luck with that.

What are you doing with slinky? Going to skin him out and hang him on the wall?

Great looking plot you have there. Glad you killed the snake. I hate those things.

Back out today to check things out, looking good since the little bit of rain we finally got a week or so ago, looks like the nitrogen is starting to kick in.

some new one's, a little over a month since planted..

looks like the sunflowers are startin' to bloom

checked a few stands today, someone has been trespassing on a fourwheeler, tore up all the roads,,

just a view or two, lol.. cant wait.. season's about 6 weeks away

yep that is a feeder between the 2 trees in the back

diff stand, same clear cut/briar patch

yep another feeder down the road, been out since feb..
