After having some jakes ruin two longbeards I had working 2 days in a row I shot one of the marauding jakes.
I haven't seen a jake on our farm since we bought it and this year they were coming out of the woodwork to torment me.
This spring we had a lot of wind and rain, maybe 1 full day of decent weather.
