The trigger speed seems to be pretty good. They have different resolution settings?

I dont know - it seems like the edges are more clear than the center.....

yeah that is wierd thos pics dont look that good
you might check the setting for the res
ive seen some pics on other forums with these cams and the pics look good

it looks good to me! It is not going to perform like a $300 cudde...I think it is doing a real good job.
Try a different memory card it, I didn't think that made a difference until I bought my wife one of those Canon Rebel 10 Megapixel cameras.

I just noticied the toggle switch was on LOW resolution for these pics!
