Moultre had a camera 3 or 4 years ago that was almost as bad as every Leaf River(Horrible) Ive used but the newer models of Moultre have been working very well for me, Only thing when you use the highest quality image setting it eats batteries like Hemi engines eat gas.

After a week of emailing back and forth with a low level customer service person, I was passed on to their boss who did not bother to respond. I will never reccomend Moultrie products to anyone I like. JUNK

I have 4 moutries 2 are 6.0 infra and 2 are the 4.0 flash. Man, the infras outshine the 4.0 by far. I have had one infra 6.0 running on the same set of 6 c batteries for 3 months now. Probably about 1000 pictures taken and still has 53% battery life. I dont miss much with it either. I LOVE THESE 6.0 infras. Now the 4.0 Flash is a way WAY WAY different story. I concur these are crap! Will never buy another. But will buy several more of the 6.0 infras. Cant wait to see what it can do with a 6 volt attached. If there are any other good cams let me know. Had 2 bushnell trail scouts and they sucked bad.

OK, all you guys who have Moultries and don't like them or use them, send them to me! I'll pay your shipping! No sense in having all that junk laying around cluttering up your homes!

Ya no joke, I have three of them and a couple of buddies have some. We have no problems. Make sure that the software is updated on their website.
Depending on if is the I40, D40 or the M40 they can be updated. I don't think that the D40 can be updated. I have heard alot of people on other sites talk about them and have said nothing bad about them.

I was referring to the Moultrie Gamespy 200 I have. When I first had issues with it I called and emailed Moultrie several times and they pretty much circle talked me and made no attempt to make it right. Hopefully their customer service/warranty has gotten better. Seems like the IR models are up to par now, Good luck with them Boys!

I got mine at www.buzzhunt.com pretty cheap. I got the Infrared 140 and so far so good.

Sorry to hear about you getting stuck with a jerk at Moultrie not helping you. Maybe that person has been delisted.

I have the 4 megapixal camera, anyone have a high pixtal camera and notice any difference in going higher. I just saw a Moultrie 160 that is supposed to take COLOR infrared at night, that would be something to see!!
