Killed in Calhoun County Illinois
Rumor is: killed by a soccer mom in an SUV
Can any of our Illinois members confirm this story?? Or anyone else for that matter?

Wow!!!!
Could be just a rumor, however, in that book I read, "The Politically Incorrect Guide To Hunting" it talked and gave confirmed accounts of cougar sightings/attacks coming east of the Mississippi River. That's a lionness though, so I imagine that could just be someone's pet that got out.
Either way, that's a big kitty!
