I'm thinking of trying an electronic caller for the coyotes here............ but don't want to pay a fortune for one either.

Anyone know of a "good" E-Call that is reasonably priced?

HELP!

That one is priced right!

But because of the layout of our hunting property, we will need to coyote hunt from an elevated position (tree stand).

Therefore, we will need a remote set up, so we can get the caller down on the ground!

This one looks pretty good (with the predator 1 set up), and is also priced pretty good.......... http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_91405?cmCat=CROSSSELL&cmid=PP_P1_1

The only thing I see that might be a nuisance, it will only call for up to 30 seconds at a time..... although with a remote in your hand, I guess it can't be too much trouble?!?

Hey Romer, let's buy us one NOW........ not wait any longer! We need to kill some YOTES!

If anyone has used any of these "cheaper" style calls, please provide some feedback on them.

I have seen these E-Calls for as much as $500.................. but I SURE AIN'T going that route!

Yeah that is more of what I'm looking for. I want one to use in conjunction of my regular calling. Let me know how it works. I might just have to order one. The way my land is I'm thinking of using a stand too. Here is one idea of a stand I like...it is a free standing buddy stand from summit.

Better net it up pretty good (camo)...... those suckers have great eye sight!

We have permanent stands in big oaks, that are in perfect position for us.... over looking the fields in between wood lots.

Oh no doubt it'll be mossy'd up! Where my stands are now, they don't travel through there much, they cross the fields and where they cross there is no stands. If I call them it will be there so I can see them before they see me(I hope).

I have this one but I have only used it once. Hopfully I will be putting it to use pretty soon.

I also ordered one of these and according to UPS I should be getting it in the next day or so.
