| i have only ever seen one show that did rabbit hunting and they were useing the new air shotguns. i could balieve it it was on the VS channel. are there any other shows that do that if not i think it be cool if they did a shwo or two on that and show what they have to do to get those boogers out. ive seen the vids on youtube and stuff but there just shooting rabbits with 308. and crap and laghing. id like a real show even with young kids just got there license showing that its a fun sport and addicting.

I've seen a couple of shows where they went rabbit hunt'in. It was back about the time
you posted this. They were on the Sportsmans Channel, I couldn't tell you who put the
shows together. I was just surprised to see them.

| we do local TV hunts around here, other than that, i haven't really seen rabbit hunting on national TV... would be something different for a change

years ago they had it on ESPN before all these new stations came about. There was a series like the bird dog contests. they would put about ten beagles after a rabbit when thay came around the dog leading the pack would be awarded the point. then they would shoot it and start over

More rabbit hunting would be excellent!
You hardly hear about it any more. I grew up raising beagles and running hillbillys and swampers around West Tn. When my grandfather passed away I just ain't been back much since.
It'd be nice and a good show for kids like you said if a Primos or Mossy Oak HTC, or big outdoor show did a rabbit hunt.
When we go to Wyoming pronghorn hunting in October we usually kick up jack rabbits too.
