Pump. To me you are going to carry it more than you are going to shoot it. A pump is lighter than an auto, thats why I only have pumps.

maybe this belongs in the blackpowder section but i got a knight tk2000 shotgun and i am having a blast learning to use it . i have both auto and pump guns and love shooting all of them.

Pump man!
Grew up using 16 GA Ithaca Deerslayer. Used a Remington 1100 for a while and it was the worst gun I ever had. Now I use a Mossberg Trophy Slugster in 20 GA.

9 yrs old. started out with a H & R single shot 410, still have it.
Then to a 1100 Rem 12 and everytime I shot magnums thru it I had to send it to the factory to be repaired.
Traded it off for a new Model 1300 Win. Waterfowl Special pump. Still have it kilt a truckload of ducks, geese and a deer with it.
