Found this guy the next day. He did not go far, but he hid well.
I 'was' wearing MO, but I'll toss the picture in for the bow Camo MONB*

07' Florida public land 4.5 yr old 6 point. If you look closely at the pic he had a fork on his left brow tine that didn't quite make it as a scoreable point, and another short point on his right main beam....another year older with a little extra length on those two points, and he would have made the 100" minimum for the Florida buck registry. He narrowly missed it as a scorable 6 point.

It was hot and rainy and I was soaked to the bone by the time I got him out of the swamp. I hunt in boardshorts during our archery season.

06' another public land buck. He ran into the woods and a NO HUNTING zone after the shot. The next morning (Thanksgiving), I took my dog who had never tracked a deer before...the mutt found him within minutes.

My little Iowa dink buck shot back on Nov. 18th 2007. Shot him at 40yds with a Bear The TRUTH and Rocket Sidewinder 100gr broadheads on Beman MFX 400 shafts. He made it maybe 60yds before piling up.

Injured back leg. He was carrying it when he came into the field.

Mr. Hanks it is an honor to have you here on the forums. I loved you in Forest Gump, The Green Mile, and Saving Private Ryan. Seriously though, that is a great buck!
