Like everyone here has already said...there are a lot of really good bows out there. Look at Primos, he put his name on a bow that only sold to Wal-Mart and now Fred Bear is back in the game and making really good bows. It took me from January 07 to June 07 to find a bow I liked. I shot a lot of bows during this time period. Just go to several pro shops and shoot some. About February 08 I'll be looking for a new bow again, I'm not going to look hard because I'm rather satisfied with my nail driver I have now. Just be patient and search around, ask questions, don't buy the first bow you see. Then once you pick out a bow, shop around for it. I got my Allegiance for $630, retail on that puppy is $749!

Nah.............She called and asked what I was doing today.........I told her not alot. It's a slow day at work, just looking at bows and dreaming like normal. She said well figure out which one you want and after Christmas you can go get it..............Which I was planning anyway. Income tax time at the latest. A year ago this time I would have bought it already but since she hasn't worked since like March the money ain't there to spend. I figure it will be just in time since indoor 3d is March and outdoor 3d will be shortly after............ Gonna keep my Illusion to hunt with.........probably.

Sweet...........I really like how PSE is building up the Browning line and not just using it as a test subject.

I think...and I say THINK, because I have not spent alot of time behind one yet - but I think that Mathews has an edge on target bows. The Apex 7 is a simply amazing shooter!

That said - I can nOT wait to shoot an Airborne from Bowtech....I want a General - but the Airbornes are looking better with each pic I see!

I think your right about Mathews. Alot of companies don't really make target specific bows and by that I mean Longer ATA, Generous BH, and still pretty fast. Mathews does a good job of putting money into both ends of the market. Most companies just put some bows out and they are great bows but their target bows are the same as their hunting bows.......just painted instead of Camo dipped.
