Probably not a fair question, but the draw to insite unrest is too much...
But seriously, I bet even the "Gear Dork", though a converted follower of the Bowtech, would admit that with sufficient funding, he'd be having bows by several manufacturers hanging in his bow shop.
I liken a bow to a set of golf clubs. Once you begin looking at the high end manufacturers, pluses and minuses blur together. Old Tiger Woods will play a darned good game of golf no matter what brand you put in his hands. It's not the clubs. However, I'm sure he is comfortable with his brand of choice, and they pay him handsomely for using it.
Much like the Drury's switching to PSE. Good hunters, showing it's not just the name on the equipment that puts meat on the table and decoration on the wall.
So we shoot what we can afford, try to pick what is most comfortable within that price range, and either care or don't care when other "experts" ridecule our brand of choice.
Now I need me some coffee.
ROFL!!!!!!!!

HEY NOW OZ!!! I resemble that remark!
True, I am a converted Bowtech shooter....but I have not shot them long enough to really decide.
I voted Mathews....

If I had the money there is a huge list I would love to have.
Mathews Apex7 and Prestige
Hoyt Vulcan and Proelite
Bowtech Guardian, Commander, 82nd, 101st, and the ole trusted......Allegiance
Elite Envy.........and the Synergy
God there are so many really really good bows. It's all about what fits you. I could go on and on with this list because there are so many great bows. Hard to chose just one.

Weatherby, Ruger, and Marlin...

No I got one of them stick and string contraptions too....it's called a PSE Vengeance I think....correct me if I'm wrong Jason..... but keep that on the DOWN LOW....I don't want the DNR to hear about it. I'm pretty sure you have to have a special license to hunt with them as they are extremely lethal on the whitetails.....it's really unfair...but I need all the help I can get....

Well i know people like many different kinds of bows and even some people own a few different kinds. I know of people who own around 8 or 9 bows but they still swear by a certain brand even though they own different brands. You always have your go-to-bow. I have only owned 3 bows. The first two were hand me downs and also Dartons. My third one i have had for 8 years now. Great bow no real complaints about it. I have shot many different bows and right now i still really like the Darton bows. I hear a lot of good things about bowtech and i think my next bow will be a bowtech (not for sure though, still researching) and retire my current bow to bowfishing only. im not asking this question to see what i should buy, its just a curiousity question to see what people say about their favorites and their least favorites.
