Great stuff! We finally tried it yesterday...I bammed it up with some sea salt,taters,onions,garlic & squash out of the garden. Six of us wiped out a 24 serving setup! I think I did OD on shrimp and vege's

| Yea that's true. You really can add whatever you want and not mess it up. I always use taters, onions, sausage, shrimp, crawfish, corn and of course the seasonings. Sometimes I'll throw in some other veggies too.
