I always try to get guys to do a little Taxidermy work, its easy to do, suprisingly, and these days with all the videos out showing step by step, its even easyer. If it didnt save me hundreds of dollars a year, i wouldnt fool with it at all. But Ive been on the other side of the counter, and used to see deer in my sleep. But its nice to be able to do my own and give pointers to those interested. That form by the way, for those of you that are tired of the same ole same ole shoulder form, is what they call a wall pedistal. Plan ahead if your going to have one mounted this way and give the entire skin to you taxidermist and let him trim off what he wont need.Skinner<img align="absmiddle" src="http://www.mossyoak.com/forum/Skins/MOP/Images/EmotIcons/Smile.gif" border="0" title="Smile">

RE: Finally got around to mounting my 07 buck

That is a very unique buck........ a great trophy! Not bad for a free ranging buck. Helps to be able to do my own Taxidermy as well.
