At that meeting, James was but a budding photograher just snapping pics of the participants as much for posting photoshop chop jobs on a duck hunting forum as anything else.

He had been known for his story telling/writting ability by writing some stuff for Steve Bowman a local newspaper outdoor writer and now author of "The Arkansas Duck Hunter's Almanac", an autographed copy of which I received on that trip where I met Steve Bowman as well.

Steve and James both now work for ESPN Outdoors and James has turned into one hell of a photographer. If you want a good read, check out James' quest for Muy Grande. A good read and some awesome photography.

<a href="http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/hunting/news/story?id=3174703" target=_"blank" class="SmlLinks">http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/hunting/news/story?id=3174703
