Had a very strange season in this part of NW Alabama. Heard very very little gobbling and didn't see much either. I did manage to call this bird in on 04-28-08 and some time around 17:00hrs. I shot him at forty feet with a Remington 870 Super Mag, with a Indian Creek Choke, with Hevi 13 3.5 inch, number 5 shot. He had a five inch beard, 3/16 spurs and I have no idea about the weight.
