Season with salt,pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate in as much French's yellow mustard as you want . The more the better. Let marinate for at least 3 hours, overnight is better. Leave the mustard on the meat, dredge in flour and fry in canola oil. As soon as it comes out, hit it with some cajun seasoning ( I like Tony Cachere ).
