Photobucket has been blocked at work. Is there any similar website that can be used to post pictures? What other ways work? I really do not want to have a bunch of attachments on a post. I am on dial-up at home and it is extremely slow so it would be nice to have another way to utilize the high-speed here at work. My innappropriate use of the internet at work will not be denied. Really, if it is my lunch hour it should not matter If they block this site I'm going to quit.

What other forums do you go on ?

I limit myself to only two . this one and www.WildExtremes.tv . These two are the most informitive and there are alot of great and real people on them . I have met several of the people on the WE forum and the host of Wild Extremes several times . Nathan Jones is on very down to earth guy . Plus they only hunt 100% fair chase animals. HE also hunts right here in Indiana at Kankakee Marsh hunting lodge .

saw this topic on another forum and thought it might be something we could debate.IMHO a good club/members are ones whose goals are basically the same.shouldn't be a huge number of members versus acreage.limits should be set accordingly,to be specific as to what the land allows,and not what the law specifies as harvest limits.stands should be shared,and not privatized.all plantings and workday tasks should alloted prior to and scheduled so that each member has an opportunity to participate within there on work schedule. thoughs are just my ideas what are yours.please feel free to add,just don't crap on anothers thoughts.

Hello all. My name is Mike. As of this week I am new to the Mossy Oak Field Staff (Louisiana). I look forward to getting out and meeting as many of you as possible and promoting the Mossy Oak brand. A little background on me. I am in my 13th year of service with the U.S. Army currently stationed in Fort Polk, LA. I was born and raised in E TN. Grew up hunting and fishing. I primarily bow hunt deer these days, although a close friend has recently got me addicted to Turkey hunting. I also started competing in ASA (Archery Shooters Associatio) tournaments this year. I use the screen name hophunt for pretty much every site that I frequent. I would like to thank my regional director Parrish and Mossy Oak for this opportunity.

Trouble with Mossy Oak Website

I find that my computer does not handle the Mossy Oak website at all well. I have *never* had this problem with another website. I have problems using both Firefox and Safari browsers. It seems that the video on the home page really "messes" stuff up. The home page is very unstable. IMO Mossy Oak's Homepage also terribly cluttered. The fan on my laptop has never gone on before. It did while I was trying to navigate this page.

I am using a two month old MacBook operating with OS X Leopard (10.5.2) It has 2 GB of memory. I use a DSL connection to the internet.

Any suggestions?

And I'm getting it EVERY time I change pages on the forums................. what's up with this all of a sudden?

Hi all. I'm new to the site and guess I should introduce myself before going into my question.

My name is Cody and I enjoy all outdoor activities. I'm an avid deer hunter and archer and am trying my hand at turkey hunting this spring. I hope to gain some knowledge from the verterans here and maybe pass along a little knowledge and field experience of my own

It will be a DVD Series that every one will enjoy watching. We have hunted most of our lives and we love the outdoors. We have some sponsor but like most business we are looking for more. Did ya ever wonder how you could help in getting kids involve in your area in the outdoor sports that we all have a passion for, And it also makes for a great community relationship.

Get the kids off the streets and away from computer video games

Give it some thought as the rewards are priceless besides making you feel good all over.

It's very easy to start a chapter you just need three or four people that under stand what HHK is about. Decide on an event that will generate interest in your area and trust me it will snowball from there.

All chapters work under the same criteria as the National org. including the use of our 502/c3 nonprofit status which allows all donations to be tax deductable as well as to purchasing items for your events you will exempt from sales tax

This year marked 30 years of waterfowl'n for me without missing a season. Since 1978'.

Hello,

I am new to the site. Just found out about yesterday and got signed up. I am from Fayette County WV.

Been hunting for over 26 years and fishing for as long as I can remember.

Have two son's, but only one of them hunts. It just didn't take with the oldest. My wife of almost 29 years now has never had a problem with me hunting and fishing...only when I go out and buy new toys...like this past year...a new ATV!!

Looking forward to meeting (well typing back and forth) with everyone here on the board.

I seem to have a problem with email notifications. I am suppose to get emails when someone post to a topic that I am watching but, I have not received any. It makes it hard to keep tabs on topics when you don't know if anyone has posted a reply or comment.

SPYWARE/VIRUS ALERT

No joke. There's a story on FoxNews about a hunter who thinks he caught a picture of Bigfoot on his game cam. Upon trying to research this further I opened a link about there being video footage and lo and behold.....WHAM!!!! Got hit with spyware and a lovely Trojan virus. It took me 2 days to get rid of it all. I still cannot/will not use Internet Explorer. Using Firefox now and downloaded Spybot.

Just want to warn you all. And hope those hackers die a slow painful death....
