Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Hunting here in Maryland can be outstanding, and it can down right put you in your place. Unfortunately, land access is real tough. Very little public land compared to other states I've hunted, and what is there gets hunted pretty hard.

Its a real sleeper state for huge deer. None have come by me just yet, but I'm hopin'. The last few years have produced 3 200+ nontypicals, and this year the state typical bow record was broken twice with 190+ bucks. Taken about a month apart, and maybe 5 miles apart!

Waterfowling can be outstanding here. Canada goose hunting is the name of the game here, but there's also some great puddle duck, diver duck and seaduck hunting.

Just like about everywhere, the turkeys are really starting to take off. What a great success story. Harvest records being broken just about every other year.
