On Wednesday, 12/26, my dad and I decided to take a ride up to the property in Sullivan County. The snow was deep so my dad decided to stay at the house and relax. So off I went with the old faithful 835 with a modified choke in search of some squirrels/bunnies. I decided to try this one thick spot of rhododendron, berry bushes and rose bushes for rabbits. I was literally crawling on my hands and knees to get through this stuff when I finally got a BIG one to flush. It was too thick for a shot and it was too far away so I held off. I went to circle around to get a shot at it and as I was circling, another popped out so I shot that one. No pics of me and the rabbit because I was alone and when I got back to the house it was too dark for pics.
But here's the one pic of it:

It was a good sized cottontail, maybe 1 1/2 pounds.
