To upload an image to the Ultimate Field Journal, complete the following steps:

1. Make sure your browser has pop ups enabled for the Ultimate Field Journal. To do this, go to the Tools menu in your Internet Explorer browser. Scroll to Pop-Up Blocker then Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker.
2. Open or create an entry.
3. On the entry page, select Edit Photo text. This will open another window.
4. In the new window, select the Browse button.
5. Select the location on your local computer where the photo is saved by selecting the correct folder in the drop down list.
6. Double click the photo. This will load the path into the test field to the left of the Browse button.
7. Select the Upload button. This process will take a few minutes depending on photo size and your connection speed.

In order for MossyOak.com to work properly on your computer, please be sure it meets the following system requirements:

• MossyOak.com is supported by Internet Explorer 6 or 7 or Firefox on a PC. At this time, any browser type on a Mac is not supported.
• Recommended connection speed to run MossyOak.com content is DSL or higher.
• Maximum uploaded picture size is 13 MB in .gif, .png, .jpg, .jpeg and .bmp format.
• Maximum uploaded video size is 100 MB in avi, mpeg-2, mpeg-4, QT, .asf, .wmv, .mov, .qt, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .mp4v, .divx, 264, and .flv format.
• Recommended screen size is 1024x768.
• MossyOak.com requires Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher for videos.
• Minimum PC configuration is Pentium 3 at 500Mhz, 256 MB of RAM, sound card and speakers for video.
• Disable pop-up blockers.
• Enable cookies.
• Enable JavaScript.

Please go to the Edit Profile page.  If you are a subscriber, this page can be found within the profile section of the My Outdoors page. If you are a Mossy Oak TV user, this page can be found within the main menu section at the top right. Uncheck the email box and click “Apply” to save.

For your MossyOak.com subscription to work properly, you must use Internet Explorer version 6 or 7.

PASSWORD - On your My Outdoors page in the left margin choose Edit. You can then change your password by clicking “Change Password.” Follow the instructions on that page and choose the Change Password button to save.

EMAIL ADDRESS – Choose the Edit option on your My Outdoors page. Change your email address in both places on your Member Information Page. Scroll to the bottom and choose the red “Apply” button to save.

• Contact person with street address and e-mail address which responses can be mailed

• Estimated attendance and demographic make up of the audience
• History of the event and attendance/contributions from previous year
• All other event sponsors
• Opportunities for Mossy Oak to be included on advertisements and or promotional materials
• Specific details and values of ads and promotional opportunities as well as sponsorship levels

All requests must be received by the Marketing Department 6 – 8 weeks prior to the date of the event to ensure proper and timely handling.
